Cancellation Policy
We are aware that unexpected things happen and we try to be as accommodating and understanding as possible, we will appreciate being notified ahead, to give us enough time to fill in your slot.

In specific instances, we may require a deposit at the time of booking for the following:
∙ Appointments over 3 hours
∙ High cost appointments
∙ Hair Extension appointments

Please note the deposit will be redeemable against the cost of the booking.
If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled without the required 48 hours minimum notice then the fees below will apply.
∙ 48 hours — no charge.
∙ 24 hours — 50% charge.
∙ No show — 100% charge.

If you don’t show up to your appointment, it has
an impact on the team and our business as we are unable to fill the slot at the last minute. A no-show is required to pay a deposit when booking.

Please let us know if you cannot make it to your appointment so another client on the waiting list can take the booking.
